Hi Cara...it's me the long lost friend who can't ever figure out the frickin computer!! However, my comment finally posted to you and now I feel like I can send another one! I have written some long notes to you and to no avail! I was discouraged....
I have something special I am sending you in about 2 weeks...and since I am sending you a box you might as well tell me some other things I can include in it....you were so happy with the Care Package your mom sent you I want to send you one too so let me know what you REALLY want!
LOVE the apartment! It's Perfect for you and Mike....what are you to do about furniture??? Can you make sure you send me your new address when you move??? When are you moving into the apartment? I don't want to send my package to the wrong address.....
Your life is so very cool and I love reading about all of your experiences and love getting all the pictures...it's so beautiful there I can't believe it!! The glass blowing demo is very cool and tonight I want to go to that website as I love that form of art....
How is Mike doing in his new job? How are you doing with his new job?? Is he gone a lot of the time?? Fill me in....
Karen Wilkins resigned last week...(yes, another Sandy fatality)...Susan Young is leaving at the end of the year....Tracy and I went to NY last week with Anna to Designtex and it was awesome...you would have loved seeing their design studio as it was very creative and tons of fabric samples that they designed....it was a great trip and a good investment of our time....ach is coming along working on the budget now.....Humana is keeping me hopping and Moffitt - it's all hitting this 4th quarter...blood thingee seeing going but hope to be over with that by the end of this year....start fresh next year and hope it won't be as painful as this year - losing you was the worst....I miss you tons!!! Carrie is doing fabulous of course but I miss your sweet smile and your BRAIN!

Lindsay, the middle bedroom will become a "walk-in" closet. I ordered ANTONIUS from Ikea and I'll send you some pictures once I have it built. I also ordered IVAR wooden shelving for our shoes and to put kitchen stuff in since space is about 1/3 of what I'm used to.
Beth, Mike and I are both doing very well. He is gone occassionally, but it's not as bad as what some of the other tag-along wives have to deal with. I've ordered furniture from Pfister (a Swiss company) and Ikea. I don't know when our clothes and dishes will be here, so Cindy in the American Womens's Club is letting us borrow some basics. The club has been a wonderful source of support and activity. This would certainly be a different experience without it.
